Silas Kadenge - President & CEO

Silas Kadenge is the founder of Christian Life Ministries and Equippers Leadership Training Programme. He is passionate about training and capacity development - equipping church leaders with the skills and resources they need to accomplish their God-given assignments.

Silas loves strategic planning and enjoys bringing simplicity and functionality to big visions. He is passionate about leadership development in the contexts of Discipleship, Bible Schools and mobilizing the Body of Christ to share the good news of the Gospel with unreached groups.

He provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the organization. He also oversees all the organization’s programmes to ensure delivery in line with the organization’s policies and quality specifications as given by partner organizations.

Albert Okware - Pastor & Lecturers

Albert loves Teaching, Music, and immersing himself in new challenges. This has seen him visit over 10 countries, where he has had many opportunities to impart new skills in God's servants - which he often does with a musical touch. Albert's style of leadership and leadership development can be summarized in three words: Engage, Empower, Release. He loves sports, smiling, and reading.

Albert graduated from Faith Tech Bible School - USA, completing the School of Missions in 2013. He received his Diploma in Bible and Theology, and later his bachelor's degree in the same field from Christian Families Today Ministry in 2015. He serves as Lead Trainer with Equippers Leadership Training Programme in Kenya, where he coordinates training programmes in different parts of East Africa.
